Change, Cancel or Return Orders

Changes or Cancellations

If you received an email saying that your order shipped, then we cannot change or cancel your order. It means it has already left our warehouse and is in the good graces of the carriers. If it has not shipped, and you wish to change or cancel an order after you’ve submitted it, please email our Customer Support team at

Return or Exchange Policy

All sales are final unless you received an incorrect or damaged item. Please contact our customer service at within 7 business days from the delivery date. Provide your name, order number, description of the issue and please attach a photograph of the incorrect or damaged item received.

If you received an incorrect item and need to return it, it must be unopened and have no visible signs of wear or use. Exchanges can take up to 5-7 business days, once we receive your old item. If your desired item is out of stock, then we'll issue a store credit. Thank you for your patience!
